It's Contagious

Fear can spread like wildfire.

We're all afraid of something...

Big or small

With everyone so in touch with everyone else, it's easy to get swept up in mass fear about the state of the world or anything else that's going around.

The truth is that we unconsciously expect old patters to continue.

It's the way our brains are built.

So if we've personally experienced something as negative in the past, we expect similar things to create the same kind of outcome in the future. This also goes for our collective societal experience.

However, it's equally likely that a totally different outcome could also occur.

Most times our fear is actually unfounded and wasteful... harmful even (stress creates dis-ease in the body.)

Wouldn't it be great if that understanding were enough to stop our fear and overreaction?

The trick to getting that knowledge to take hold (so you can stop being triggered) is via the subconscious mind.

You can spout positivity 'til the cows come home but it wont become your reality until your subconscious mind gets it.

Your conscious mind can grasp all kinds of healthy new understandings, but you will still react to emotional triggers when they arise unless you have convinced your subconscious mind that you are safe.

There are various ways to do this: hypnosis, EMDR, EFT, or if you want faster, more lasting results, you can come see me. We'll figure out why you have the triggers you do and clear them at their root, for good, and then you'll have the tools to do this for yourself forever using PSTEC.

What are you afraid of? What sets you off? There IS something you can do about it.

One more thing: some people are afraid of clearing their fears because they think fear protects them from something- but in actuality you can solve problems much more effectively from a place of emotional clarity than you can from a place of fear or anger.

Which would you rather operate from?

Much love and many blessings,

April
